Come along with The Happi House, on a journey to the Haitian island of LaGonâve. Located west-northwest of Port-au-Prince, this mountainous island is home to 80,000 residents. It’s in this remarkable community in rural Haiti where host, Happi Olson, and her crew will visit The Matènwa Community Learning Center. Next another inspiring voyage to the incredible country of Thailand, where Happi visits the Mae Tao Clinic, which provides health care to displaced people on the Thai-Burmese border. Free health care is provided for refugees, migrant workers and other individuals who cross the border from Burma to Thailand. supports these, and many other initiatives, generated for the betterment of education, social justice, and health and economic well-being.
