Need a reminder of some good that is happening in the world? Happi takes a look back at some of her favorite giving back projects. Take a “ride” with us to Mall of America, where the Guinness World Record has just been set for the Most Bikes Collected in One Day. Free Bikes 4 Kidz collects gently used bikes, refurbishes them and gives them to children in need. Up next Happi takes the plunge with the Creative Kidstuff team to help raise money for the Special Olympics. And finally join Happi and the Rescue Rebuild organization to transform an outdated Connecticut farm building into a safe haven for rescue animals. The Catherine Violet Hubbard Animal sanctuary honors the memory of Catherine Violet Hubbard, one of the first graders lost in the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting in Newtown, CT on December 14, 2012. Catherine is remembered for her beautiful smile, compassionate spirit and love of all creatures.
