Welcome to SKIPPERVILLE, ALABAMA! A couple of years ago, Happi Olson was in Miami on business and happened to meet a woman named Julia Gassett. The two struck up a conversation…and a friendship. Julia told Happi about her community, the farm she lived on, and the amazing and interesting life she lives…in Skipperville, Alabama. Happi was hooked. She said, “Can I come visit? Can we come film The Happi House in Skipperville?” Julia said “SURE!” (Not thinking this would actually happen, but it sure sounded like fun.) And fun it was. Happi got a lesson in canning corn and potatoes, and Happi’s son, Chandler, got to ride a mule. To find out what else they learned, join The Happi House, on location in Skipperville. This is what real SOUTHERN HOSPITALITY looks like, folks!
