Who wants ice cream? Who DOESN’T want ice cream? Join Happi Olson, host of The Happi House, as she and a couple of little lickers visit Borough Restaurant in the North Loop neighborhood of Minneapolis, Minnesota. Pastry Chef Karyn Tomlinson is making a fabulous custard-base ice cream that is outta this world! Then we are headed to Newtown, Connecticut where the Rescue Rebuild organization is turning an aging barn into a safe haven for animals in need. Happi joins volunteers in creating a sanctuary for displaced animals, in honor of Catherine Violet Hubbard, one of the first graders lost in the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting.
