“No-Recipe Recipes” for Muffin Tin Meals

Preheat your oven to the lowest temperature you see on the packaging of the refrigerated pre-made doughs you are using. Spray non-stick cooking spray into the spots for your savory creations. Use paper muffin liners for your sweet confections.

Bake at the lowest temperature you see on your dough packaging. You might need to bake some of these yummy bites longer than others. Just keep an eye on them and then get ready to watch them disappear when they come out of the oven!

For the Mini-Pizzas

Cut the dough (such as crescent roll dough) into 8 squares and press them into the muffin tin spaces. Then add a couple of spoonfuls of pizza sauce. Add your cheese and toppings, and you’re all set! Bake until puffy and golden brown—approximately 15-18 minutes.

For the Cheesy Egg Bakes

Separate the dough (such as biscuit dough) and press into the muffin tin spaces. Beat your eggs (amount will depend on how many you are making) and pour on top of the biscuit dough. Then add your favorite toppings: cheese, bacon, broccoli…everyone can pick their own combinations! Bake until eggs are cooked through—approximately 17-22 minutes.

For the Muffins and the Cupcakes

Just mix the batters according to your favorite boxed cupcake and muffin mix and pour into liners.
