In a large bowl, whisk together the gelatin and water. Add the corn syrup and flour; mix using a stand mixer. Then add the birdseed. Mix slowly on LOWEST setting.
Spray your pan(s) and spoon with non-stick cooking spray. Fill the pans with the mixture; pack it down well and let it dry overnight.
Recipe makes enough to make 1 Bundt pan “wreath” or to fill up 2 cupcake tins.
